Returns
We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Spoiled Beginnings. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.
All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a Spoiled Beginnings gift card that will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.spoiledbeginnings.com or at our store location.
For mail-in returns:
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Write "return" at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.

Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Spoiled Beginnings cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please email customerservice@spoiledbeginnings.com or call our Store at 1-877-478-4728 between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
