For larger, bulkier items
such as furniture and strollers, there may be an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges are listed on the  product pages and are clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).

Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We also are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS so orders can’t be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

Shipping Method
Spoiled Beginnings ships only within the continental US via common carrier – USPS, UPS, FedEX, or Freight Carrier.  Unless otherwise noted all futniture and rugs ship via curbside delivery. If you are in need of special delivery requirements please inquire with us prior to placing your order. Many of our items ship directly from the designer to you--many of which are made-to-order. This makes our shipping speedier than many other online retailers and reduces unnecessary double shipping of products .

Availability and Lead Times
Availability given on product description pages are only estimates. Posted lead times are not a contract and should not be treated as such. Many factors can contribute to lead shipping delays from the manufacturer. We will contact you once we become aware of any delays in availability. If you are in need of a definite  lead time on a product, please contact us prior to your order.

Required shipping costs on some items
In some instances, particularly for furniture or other large items, Spoiled Beginnings uses freight shippers to get the item to you versus using common carrier.  Some Manufacturers require us to charge a portion of the shipping cost to our customers regardless of Spoiled Beginnings' free shipping offers.

Special delivery Requirements
If you require a delivery appointment during weekday business hours, inside delivery or delivery to a location other than a ground floor address, please include the information in the 'Customer Notes' field at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.
