Harper's beauty is in her sophistication, which is derived from her special technique. Each petal is punched, cut, sewn and trimmed in white bias-tape, resulting in a richness of depth and texture that sets this collection apart. The result is a layered look that is simple, yet elegant.

Bumper is a flat single piece in pink punch brushed canvas with white-piped flower cut-outs, a peek of shell sateen beneath and shell sateen ties. Zippered slipcover removes easily for washing. The 17" drop skirt is pink punch with white trim, a reveal of shell fabric beneath with a white frog-closure. (Please note that this collection is only available as a set; the bumper and skirt are not available a la carte). Machine wash. Imported.
